About VotaJade

VotaJade is an online voting and contests site. It is a platform where you can create and manage both free and paid votes. VotaJade allows you to receive commisions from the total money a vote manager makes on your site.
Votajade is built on top of Laravel PHP framework , html, css and javascripts, and is reqularly updated and maintained. You can create custom pages, FAQs, Newsletter, Manage Contests, Contestants and Users. This System is fully responsive for any device. Admin can manage complete website without single line of coding knowledge. It has strong SQL injection protection system which will keep away this system from hackers.

INSTALLATION

How To Install:

Please follow the following procedure to install this script.

  1. Now make sure you created an empty MySQL database along with an user for it.
  2. After unzip VotaJade Files, you will find Script Folder.
  3. Go to your host/server and create a new database and user. Make sure you have the database name, port, hostname, username, and password for the database. You man need to ask your hosting company.
  4. You are going to upload all files located in Script Folder to your public folder or the domain folder on your server.
  5. Just goto your website and VotaJade installer wizard will run automatically.

  6. Follow the Steps below
  • Click on Start Installation

  • Read the Terms and Agreement and accept it to continue.

  • The server is verified to meet the system requirements. If your server doesnot meet the requirements, kindly contact your host.

  • The Folder is also verified to have read and write access. If your server doesnot meet the requirements, kindly contact your host.

  • Provide your purchase code and your database details. The details will be used to verify thr connection. Make sure the details are correct

  • Create the Admin User and also provide basic details about your site.

    Once you have wrote the information, please click the install button and wait for a while, the installation process may take up to 5 minutes.
  • After the installation is done, you'll get a page that looks like:
  • The application has been installed correctly, you can access it with the admin user data above.

    The installation wizard is disabled and will no longer be accessible after the installation is complete. The website is now ready to use.

Admin Dashboard

The dashboard is very simple, informative, powerful and dynamic. Administrator can change his account details from top right corner.
The admin panel consists of key widgets like Latest Users, Latest Contests, Manager withdraw requests and Recent Payment Received.

Contests

The Contest section will allow you to Browse, View, Edit and Delete contests on your site.

Voting Results

This section will allow you to Browse and View the result of all contests on your site and also export it to pdf format.

Vote Settings

You can easily modify your contests and vote settings here. You can set maximum time users can vote per day and many more.

Contestants

In the Contestants sectionyou can view all the contestants and their respective contests. Additionally, you will be able to edit or delete the contestants from your site.

Users

The User section will allow you to Browse, View, Edit and Delete users(Vote manager and voters) on your site. In addition, you will see all the admin user on the list.

Vote Managers

In this section ,you can View, Edit and Delete vote managers on your site. You can will be able to view all withdraw requests, Set commisions, Manage payments and pay respective managers.

Contacts

This section allows you to view all contacts messages and also reply them from the admin panel of your site.

Newsletter

You can easily send emails and contents with all the users of your site. You will need to configure the SMTP server from the settings panel.

Pages

The page section will allow you to View, Edit and Delete all the custom pages on your site. To create a new page, click on add new page abd provide the necessary info required.

Front Pages

In this section, you will be able to edit the default pages like FAQs, Contact Us, Terms & Conditions and Policy pages of your site.

Payment

The Payment section consists of Payment Settings to modify the currency and activation of payment gateways, the Payment Method allows you to set the crediential of the payment gateways while you can keep track of all payment received to the site from the Payment History

Settings

The Settings section allows you to customize different aspects of your site including the logo, site name and description, Social Links, Google Analytics, Seo settings and SMTP settings. Edit and Delete contests on your site.

CONFIGURATIONS

There are many configurations and customizations you can change on your site. And also you will find help on how to modify current configuration on your site.

General Settings

To modify the general settings, navigate to Settings > General Settings or visit mydomain.com/admin/settings

Site Title

This is the title and name of your site. This will show up in the header title of your homepage.

Site Description

This is the description of your site. This will be used in the contact us page of your site.

Site Email

This is the email of your site. It is used to send mails(contact messages and newsletter) from the site.

Site Address

This is the address of the site. This will show up in the Contact us page of your site.

Social Links

This is the social media links that appears on the footer of the frontend. You can set for facebook, instagram, whatsapp and twitter.

Site Logo

You can upload your own image to show up on the frontend of the site. The uploaded image must be in appropriate dimensions.

Site Favicon

This is a small logo that appears at the top of the browser tab. It is recommended you upload a small image of 48x48 px.

Google Analytics

To enable google analytics to track and record your site traffic. Navigate to Settings > Google Analytics or visit mydomain.com/admin/google-analytics

Seo Settings

To modify the seo settings to enhance the seo of the site navigate to Settings > Seo Settings or visit mydomain.com/admin/seo-settings

Site Title

This is the title for the seo. This will show up as the meta title of your site.

Site Description

This is the description of your site. This will be used as the meta description of your site.

Site Author

This will be used as meta author of the site where sharing the site links.

Keywords

The keywords are used to enhance and improve the seo of your site

Sitemap Link

The link to the sitemap.xml seo of your site

SMTP Settings

This is used to set the email client when sending emails and newsletter on the site.
Navigate to Settings > SMTP Settings or visit mydomain.com/admin/smtp-settings

Vote Settings

This is used to set the maximum mumber of voting allowed on free contests/events and also modify the voting defaults.
Navigate to Settings > Vote Settings or visit mydomain.com/admin/vote-settings

Payment Settings

To modify the Payment settings of your site navigate to Payment > Payment Settings or visit mydomain.com/admin/payment

Payment Activation

This is the section where you can activate and deactivate the payment gateways on the site.

Currency Setting

Currency Code, currency symbol and Conversion rate can be modify here.

Payment Method

You will able to provide the credientials and secret keys to integrate the payment gateways.
